  I am giving them 2 stars I went to take a blood test that consist in like 12/14 tubes. They told me to wait 14 days for my results to come back. I received a phone call today 17 days later telling me that the people that work in lab did not put my blood with dry ice so it never got to be done I am frustrated, now I have to go back so they can take my blood to be tested hopefully this time they do it Right because I dont live in rexburg so is at least 1 hour driving pluss i need to find and pay a babysitter and this put a lot of stress in my mind also I am not saying that the people that work in there are bad I am just not happy with the lab people for making this mistake make me think about what other possible mistakes they can make, so not good.

  I have never had a better experience with any other obgyn office. I transferred to Madison towards the end of my pregnancy so I expected just quick appointments every 2 weeks and be done till I delivered. They were so personable and caring! I loved their staff! And they showed how much they cared about their patients. I didn't have my records transferred in time for my appointment so I expected some delay in being seen. They personally apologized when I had waited only 30 minutes and my other office still hadn't transferred my records. Completely my fault and I was the one causing the delay and they still apologized so genuinely! My last obgyn office hardly said 2 words every visit (other than with the doctor). I just had the best experience with Madison Women's Clinic!
