  I will never take my child to Dr Gates again. My daughter was sick so we took her in. Dr Gates came in listened to me tell him her symptoms, then he glanced in her ears. He automatically said she had an infection in each ear and he woulds get her a prescription. We got home, I couldnt get her to take the medicine and dr gates office was closed. I took her into the urgent care to request a shot. The Dr at the urgent care looked in her ears a few times, triple checking each one and said her ears looked fine. She then did a strep test and it was positive. I am extremely frustrated with Dr Gates for this misdiagnoses and will never take my children to him again.

  Horrible service. They have way too many patients and as a result, they don't give each child the individual attention they need. Unfortunately Heather's story (below) is just one of dozens I have heard about Seasons. My experience was also horrible. I won't go into all the details of how we were treated that made me leave, but will say that the nurses (at least the ones I dealt with) were cold and very rude. When I called to talk to a nurse about my child I had to wait at least 90 min, and one time I waited for over 3 hours. Like I said, they have too many patients, and this makes for a very rushed and impersonal appointment, and frequent misdiagnoses and insufficient pediatric care.
