- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Not Urgent Care. Do not go here if you need urgent care and are not a pre-established patient. I took my 12 year old niece in for help and spent literally 35 minutes (timed it) on paperwork. We eventually had to leave to go somewhere else for care-- we went to a different place in Rexburg and they saw her need and took her right in to get treatment... We took care of the insurance and payment afterward, which seemed to go much more smoothly. Can't rate the doctor, never saw him.May 22, 2017by Mindy Timothy
