- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪One of their salesman gave me a great pitch at my front door and was very helpful as I tried to select a policy. My experience was intially positive, however, they failed to walk me through the underwriting process or follow up at all. I called TOPO and talked to a few different college-aged call center agents who were very ignorant and unhelpful. Finally, they were able to get me the offer from my selected carrier, but the price had changed and I was no longer interested. I expressed my frustration to the agent and told them they should have been following up and keeping me informed about all this. Much to my surpirise, I was forwarded to the CEO of the company, who was very kind and understanding. He said he would email me a new batch of quotes and that I could text him if I needed anything else. He never emailed me and he never responded to my text message. I know he's a busy guy, but he should make promises he can't keep.August 28, 2017by schmo
