  We just took our daughter to Madison Pediatric Dentistry, first of all good luck getting a timely appointment. Anyway we waited for her date, weeks later, and were told that insurance would cover the charges, we arrive and there is a 250.00 charge up front for the procedure and then they call us hours after the procedure needing an additional 400.00 without even trying to bill the insurance. They were not up front about any of these charges, very poor business communication and ethics. So now here we are, we have insurance and paying 650.00 up front for things and they have yet to submit anything to the insurance. I am afraid we are looking at just the tip of the ice burg for my four year old's baby teeth. If you want better service and communication and not empty the pocket book, with insurance, go somewhere else.

  I am so frustrated with this office. I made an appointment months ago because my husband and I do not have flexible schedules and they called to cancel today so the dentist can leave town. When the receptionist called she stated that I needed to reschedule and then put me on hold for several minutes before telling me that I had to wait over 5 weeks before my kids could be seen. I am not impressed by the irresponsibility of this office's scheduling practices.
