- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My experience with the Dental Health Center is extensive, having spanned several years and having involved me and my 6 children. We have collectively received routine cleanings and check-ups, wisdom tooth extractions, crowns, veneers, and fillings. With each of these procedures, my expectations have been far surpassed both by the efficiency of the work, and by its consistent high quality! Starting with Doctor Wilkes and Doctor Smith and passing through the Hygienists, Assistants, Office Manager, and Receptionist, the atmosphere of kindness, professionalism, and efficiency are defining trademarks that I have come to enjoy with each visit. My wait times are under ten minutes, and often I am taken back to the examination area immediately upon arrival. The staff has been very accommodating in helping my young children have positive experiences, whether through the "No Cavities" club, tokens for prizes in the vending machine, or allowing me to accompany them to the examination area. They have even hosted occasional contests to include the kids and encourage them to feel comfortable at the dentist. The facility is state-of-the-art, squeaky clean, and very comfortable. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Our family has been going to the Dental Health Center for 3 years, since we moved to Rexburg. We have been very pleased with the service we have received there. The staff is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable in dentistry. The receptionist, Shelly is particularly friendly. Our children enjoy seeing her when we go in for dental work. Dr Wilkes has a conservative approach which we appreciate. Although, if there is a problem that needs to be addressed he will fix it. The hygentists do a really good job with our cleanings, X-rays and advising us on brushing and flossing.
