  The folks at Alpine are very cordial and sincere. There are just two ways that I feel like the PA could improve. 1. The healthcare provider give validity to the patient more. While at the Alpine, I was seen by their PA. To help them understand my situation, I gave both the nurse and the PA my skin care background. My skin is doing better than it ever has before, but I have a few spots that need improvement. I asked the PA to do a skin sample on these spots. He stated, "I've seen this a hundred times, and it looks like it just needs some anti-fungal cream. If it doesn't work, we can try something else." Once, I had to see a half of a dozen doctors and dermatologists before receiving the treatment plan that worked for my skin. In the meantime, I spent a lot of resources, and felt like a test experiment with different ointments, creams, antibiotics, and doctor visits. The dermatologist that helped, took skin samples, tested them, and then came back with the results. He also did a thorough examination of all my skin and history. He then recommended Dr. Perricone's eating right for healthy skin book along with the prescriptions. My skin improved drastically. He also did this all in one visit. During my visit, I could feel that you care for each patient, and I hope that something that I shared helps your practice. I tried to do it on your survey, but it wasn't working right this morning.
