- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I made an appointment in order to have a surgery, for the next week in advance, the day that I was supposed to be there for my surgery, they called me to cancel the appointment, I told the people in the phone (doctor's secretary) that I had that appointment since last week and i moved a lot stuff around in order to ready for the surgery, including missing work for doctors appointments, I asked for a note of letter saying that i had an appointment with them and they canceled in order to show this to my employee, they told me NO, because they are calling 4 hours before the surgery and that is enough time and they will not do anything for me, so I decided to look for a different doctor, that actually care for his patience and not just for the money.October 25, 2017by sandra lima
